The company was established in 2001 with the aim of consulting various environmental monitoring companies and hydro-power plants in Nepal.
We are a group of engineers, scientists, and consultants that offers water-related services through its network of local, regional, and global expertise.

  • Government of Nepal

    Department of Hydrology and Meteorology

    DHM's main goal is to collect hydrological and meteorological data throughout Nepal, process it, publish it, and disseminate it to users such as water resource planners, developers, researchers, and data seekers for the verification of extreme hydrological and meteorological events needed for various purposes.

  • Nepal Telecommunication Authority

    Nepal Telecommunications Authority is the country's telecommunications regulating authority. Its goal is to provide a suitable and competitive environment for the development, expansion, and operation of telecommunications services in Nepal with the participation of the private sector.

  • Department of Electricity Development (DoED)

    The Department is in charge of aiding the Ministry with the execution of general government policy pertaining to the power/electricity sector. The Department's main functions are to provide regulatory framework transparency, accommodate, encourage, and support private sector engagement in the power sector by offering "One Window" service and license to power projects.

  • Melamchi Water Supply Development Board

    Melamchi Water Supply Development Board (MWSDB) is implementing the first phase of the Melamchi Water Supply Project (sub Project-1) to divert 170 million liters of water per day from Riberma on the Melamchi River to Sundarijal in Kathmandu via a 26.0 km long water tunnel.

  • Water and Energy Commission Secretariat (WECS)

    The GoN formed the Water and Energy Commission (WEC) in 1975 with the goal of developing water and energy resources in an integrated and expedited way. WECS' major mission is to help the GoN, several ministries responsible for water resources, and other associated agencies in the formulation of policies and project planning in the water and energy resources sectors.

  • Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited

    Chilime Engineering and Services Company Ltd. (ChesCo) was founded on September 27, 2016 to provide comprehensive engineering and services for the development of hydropower projects in Nepal.

  • Times Energy (Pvt.) Ltd.

    The corporation is in charge of Budi Gandaki Hydroelectric Power. On a PROR basis, the project is expected to generate around 341 MW. Several initiatives are proposed for the Budi Gandaki River. One of the key projects is the Budi Gandaki Storage Project (1200 MW), which is located downstream of the Budi Gandaki HEP project.

  • Integrated Mobility Solutions Private Ltd.

    International Marketing Services is now referred to as Integrated Mobility Solutions. IMS is rapidly expanding and acquiring new businesses. Following that, IMS intended to merge all of the firms into one entity, which is currently known as IMS Group. The primary goal of forming such a corporation is to improve the nation's technological and economic elements. IMS Group believes in empowering Nepalese citizens via an organization that is exclusively focused on customer satisfaction.

  • Yachiyo Engineering Co., Ltd.

    A shift in the environment implies a shift in values.
    From population growth to global environmental challenges, new ideals for conservation/preservation have emerged, as have new societal issues.
    What is necessary today is to confront these interconnected difficulties and proactively devise new approaches to tackling them, which is a challenging but worthwhile undertaking.

  • Nilgiri Hydropower Ltd.

    Union Hydropower Limited (UNHL) became a public limited corporation on March 13, 2016, with the goal of developing Nepal's potential hydropower industry. Our company's authorized capital is Rs.5000 million, its issued capital is Rs.3000 million, and its paid-up capital is Rs.750 million. Midim Khola (Karapu) Hydropower Project (3MW) in Lamjung district was completed successfully. Since January 29, 2018, the project has begun producing power.
